ABOUT US

After PhD on the control of linear motor and decades of my worldwide professional activities in Poland, France, Switzerland and UAE, I’ve decided to share my experiences as an independent consultant. These experiences were essentially in relation with R&D domains at different structures: such as the Silesian University of Technology in Poland or research units and institutes as Inria, INPG and Acroe in France.

 

The main focus was always to make relation and facilitate technology transfer between research and its implementation as an advanced prototype, high performance scientific or industrial instruments.

My last activities at CSEM have especially given me large opportunities to be involved in exciting projects. They required large endeavors but provided me a lot of satisfactions and a valuable technical evolution in collaboration with partners as Caltech, Keck Observatory, IAC, NASA or DSI.

 

CSEM gave me also the opportunity to be project manager to implement the Innovation Centre (CSEM-UAE) in UAE including mechatronic activities. That was an interesting two-year (administrative restrictions) adventure which have developed personal human relations and teaching aspects.

My activities included also a continuous development of products based on the concept of the distributed intelligence. The developed products as IPA (Intelligent Power Amplifier), IPA-ALL and IMCU at CSEM (see related presentations) have the same objective to integrate “local” control (DSP) and power amplifier/s into one autonomous unit. This development progressed following new available technologies but also integrated devices as programmable CPLD, new generation of the DSP, sensor converters etc.

If you are developing any simple control system or a large and complex application, I can either provide you my piece of advice or participate actively in development, design, manufacturing of PCBs, control part, mechatronic integration, test set-up or R&D prototypes.
